Rancho San Marcos Golf Course
Overview
Rancho San Marcos is a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship 18-hole public course tucked into the Santa Ynez Mountains along the river. Routed through ancient California live oaks — some over 300 years old — and rising and falling with the canyon terrain, it's one of the most scenic and remote-feeling rounds in Southern California. A short, gorgeous drive up Highway 154 from downtown Santa Barbara.
📜 History
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and opened in 1998 on the historic San Marcos Ranch.
